Wide variety of movements today with a light barbell, so we should be able to complete every movement listed no more than 1-2 sets, so lets scale accordingly to adjust to the volume. Workout is designed to be a solo-workout, but if partnering up, reps are not shared meaning each athlete has to do 22 reps of the movement before moving on.
