Weightlifting: Clean + Clean + Jerk, 5 sets 2 sets at 80%, 3 sets at 85%

Weightlifting: Warm up sets do not count, 2 sets at 80%, 3 sets at 85%. Drop and reset each rep, no more than 2 min rest between sets. Reminder to perform same lifts as on test day.

Conditioning: 3RFT (13 min cap) 20 TTB / K2E 20 Box Jump Overs 24″/20′ 5 Clusters 155/105 | 135/95 | 115/75

Workout – Larger volume for our sets on TTB and Box Jump Overs with a moderately heavy load on the clusters (clean + thruster). Looking for the weight to be above what we normally do for thrusters, quick singles are ideal.
