Strength: Back Squat 4 @ 75% 3 @ 80% 2 @ 85% 4 @ 80% 3 @ 85% 2 @ 87.5%

Strength – Back Squats are going to be a wave, meaning we’ll hit 4, 3, and 2 reps at a little lighter weight, then repeat with a little more load for the second run through. First sets should only need 90s rest, second sets 2 minutes.

For Time: 12 min cap 25 Dual DB Deadlifts 50/35 | 40/25 | 30/15 25 Dual DB Push Press 200m DB Farmer Carry 25 Dual DB Push Press 25 Dual DB Deadlifts

Workout – this is going to be a grip burner. Looking for a weight we can complete in no more than 3 -4 quick sets. Farmer carry, take short breaks often and before your grip blows out! Can be done outside or down and back the length of the gym 6 times (600′)
