Snatch Technique Work – 20 minutes
Skill: Not to exceed 70% today to focus on technique. Working on relaxed arms, leg drive, turnover, ect. Squat snatch should be our focus, however working on power for those not comfortable receiving in a full squat should be the focus.
Ascending AMRAP 8: 1 Snatch 115/85 1 Bar facing Burpee 2/2, 3/3, ect
Workout: Ascending AMRAP, snatches should be quick singles or unbroken for the smaller sets, while the burpees should be a little slower but consistent so that we can step right back up to the bar.
