Strength: Back Squat – Every 90s for 8 rounds (12 min) 3 Back Squats, building from 70-80%
Strength – controlling the pace with this weeks squats by performing them every 90s for 12 minutes (8 rounds). We’re going to start at 70% and try to build over the sets to end with our last set(s) at 80%.
Conditioning: 5RFT (10 min cap) 250/200m row 3 Squat Snatches 155/105
Workout – The weight on the bar should be something that we can complete 3 singles in ~ 30 seconds, meaning a brief pause between singles.
