Skill Thursday – Double/Triple Unders
Skill – we will be working on the DU for those that do not have it, cleaning it up and making it more efficient for those that do, or working on triple unders for those that are efficient. Focuses will be on wrist rotation, height of jumping, staying on toes, and keeping your legs straight (no donkey kicks or piking feet forward).
Conditioning: Annie – 50/40/30/20/10 for time of Double Unders and Sit Ups
Annie – for those scaling and working on their progressions (not allowed to just do single unders) we will cap the DU progressions at the second mark for the reps (i.e. 50 reps = 50s of progression attempts, 40 = 40s).
Mobility – Lower Body Focused
