60s Assault bike
60s KBS 53/35
60s DB Push Press 35/20
60s rest

Note: Score is total reps performed over all 5 rounds. This can accommodate class size of 16 – 4 people start on bike, 4 start on KBS, 4 start on PP, 4 start on rest. This is a 19 minute workout, plan accordingly. Squat should take no more than 15-20 minutes giving you 15 minutes to warm up and 5 minutes to demo the movements for the workout.
