Conditioning: AMRAP repeats. In 7 mins do: *Buy in* Dumbbell Farmers Carry, 35/20 lbs, 200 m THEN in the remaining time, AMRAP of: 10 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans, 35/20 lbs 10 Dumbbell Push-ups 10 Dumbbell Front Squats, 35/20 lbs 10 Dumbbell Push Press, 35/20 lbs. Rest 2 minutes between AMRAPs.

For today’s workout, we will start each AMRAP with a 200m farmer carry with a moderate load. Let’s move with a purpose and try to minimize the breaks here, but we don’t want to push it so much that we have trouble holding onto the DBs for the reps. Rest 2 minutes and repeat twice for a total of 3 AMRAPs
