Pulling Strength:
A1) Bent Over Barbell Row (Snatch Grip) 4×6-8
A2) Snatch Grip Barbell Shrugs – 4×10

Our pulling strength we will be performing our barbell rows in snatch grip today. Knees slightly bent, as close to 90 degrees in the torso as possible without losing the shoulder brace, pulling up towards the sternum. We will drop the bar, immediately reset in snatch grip, picking up and performing 10 shrugs, pulling our shoulders up AND back, keeping our knuckles down and elbows externally rotated. Rest as needed for this one.

Workout – we’re going to really focus on taxing the core today, so lets ensure that for the russian KB swings that we are primarily using a big hip drive, squeezing the glutes and abs at the top.
