Today’s workout is to be done individually. We have placed a 45 min cap here, but we shouldn’t come anywhere close to that. The weight should be light enough that even after the back squats yesterday we can move through large sets on the squats. Recommend smaller, quicker sets for the snatches and SDHP in order to save your grip.
