Strength: Back Rack Barbell Walking Lunge – 4×50′
Strength: For today’s lunges we want to go as heavy as possible with good control. We are looking for the knee to touch the ground briefly, but not shifting weight and supporting ourselves with it. We are also looking to step through to the next rep, rather than bringing the feet together every single lunge. Perform in 25′ intervals, turning around with good control and finishing walking back. **Lunges should be cleaned and taken from the ground**
Conditioning: AMRAP 10 – 8 Thrusters 75/55 10 Box Jumps 24″/20″
Workout – another couplet that is designed to really force us out of our comfort zone. Thruster weight should be light enough to be unbroken every round without any significant muscle fatigue. Lets try to pace the box jumps with stepping down and a slower rebound. We want to keep the transitions fast to get a large amount of rounds in.
