Weightlifting: Power Snatch: For Time (12 min cap) 10/8/6/4/2 at 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%

We tested our power snatch a couple of weeks ago, but for those that did not make it, we want something that we can shoot for unbroken on the first set or two, then we have to drop to triples, doubles, or singles. We are adding a time element to this in preparation to move heavy loads quickly in the open.

Conditioning: “Three-Fifteen” 3RFT (15 min cap) 15 Overhead Squats 95/65 15 Bar-facing-burpees 15 Toes-to-Bar

Workout – our shoulders should be plenty warm for these overhead squats, so maintain that brace and let the legs do the work.
