Weightlifting: 1RM Power Snatch (20 minutes) – We will spend about 10 minutes working on technique and building slowly in weight, then have another 10 minutes to turn loose and find a 1RM power snatch

Workout – we have an aggressive time cap for a heavier weight, but we shouldn’t scale down completely. Looking for a weight that we can complete quick singles or stringing no more than 2-3 reps together. sHSPU scale to a heavy z-press.
