Partner WOD (teams of 2)

In Teams of 2: (30 min cap) 3 Rounds Partner 1: 20/15 Cal Assault Bike Partner 2: 16 Devil’s Press 50/35 Rest 90s 3 Rounds Partner 1: 300/250m Row Partner 2: 25 Wall Balls 20/14 3 Rounds Rest 90s Partner 1: 200m Run Partner 2: 20 KB Swings 53/35

For this workout, both partners are working at the same time. When one partner is finished, they must wait for the other to finish their portion, then switch and immediately go into the other. Once one partner has completed both movements, that is one round. The conditioning should be our ‘recovery’, so we want to push the weighted movement and attempt to go unbroken to get a little rest while the other partner finishes.
