Strength: Thruster – in 15 minutes find a 1RM thruster, then drop and perform 2×3 at 75%.

We’re pushing our comfort zone out a little with finding a 1RM thruster. Afterwards, we’ll drop to 75% and perform 3 thrusters to work on cycling heavier weight than normal. We will retest this in 12 weeks.

Conditioning: 4RFT: 8 Clean and Jerks 135/95, 10 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″

Workout – we want a weight and a rep scheme that we can start off unbroken and try to hold on. This workout should be treated as a sprint.
