Squat Conditioning: EMOM 10: 5 Overhead Squats

Total of 50 squats, can build every second set but we want to have a manageable weight. MUST take the bar from the floor.

Conditioning: As many reps as possible in 9 mins of: 2 Clusters, 115/85 lbs 2 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 4 Clusters, 115/85 lbs 4 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 6 Clusters, 115/85 lbs 6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups … Continue adding 2 reps each round to each movement until time expires.

*For those that did the hero WOD yesterday, sub in ring rows. A cluster is a squat clean + thruster.*
