WOD:

EMOM 20:
Minute 1 – 20/15 Cal Bike
Minute 2 – 15 TTB
Minute 3 – 10 Ring Dips
Minute 4 – 20 Push Ups
Minute 5 – Rest

Note: Scale down the reps slightly if needed, but we want this to be somewhat aggressive numbers to earn that minute 5 rest. Adjust bike positions for large classes. Push ups are relatively low number so ENFORCE THE STANDARDS. Anyone banging out crappy push ups won’t get the stimulus here.
