Weightlifting: 4 rounds for quality of: 2 Snatch Grip Behind-the-Neck Push Press 2 Snatch Grip Behind-the-Neck Push Jerks 2 Snatch Balances *Weightlifting: Working on using the progression to drive us lower into the squat and create separation with the hips. Focus on technique over weight*

Conditioning: Every 2 mins for 12 mins do: 8 Back Squats, 50% 1RM Dumbbell Walking Lunge, 35/20 lbs, 50 ft *Different style conditioning with an emphasis on leg fatigue. Should have 45s to 60s rest.*
