Conditioning: As many reps as possible in 12 mins of: 1 Bar Muscle-up 1 Cluster, 135/95 lbs 2 Bar Muscle-ups 2 Clusters, 135/95 lbs 3 Bar Muscle-ups 3 Clusters, 135/95 lbs … Continue adding 1 rep each round to each movement until time expires. *A cluster is a clean + thruster, can perform a squat clean directly into a thruster, or a power clean, then full thruster. Bar must return to ground every rep, but can be touch and go. Weight should be slightly heavier than usual. Bar MU scale to 2:1 Pull Ups + Dips.*
