Conditioning: In Teams of 2 – 6 rounds for time of: 25 Kettlebell Goblet Squats, 70/53 lbs 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs 15 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135/95 lbs 10 Box Jumps, 30/24 in 5 Strict Pull-ups

*One works/One Rests. In order to increase the challenge, partners can and must only switch after each movement i.e. partner 1 does 25 Goblet Squats , partner 2 20 KBS, Partner 1 S2O, ect.*
