Strength – Deadlift: Build to 90% in ~ 10-12 minutes, then 3×3 at 80% (reset between each individual rep, focus on brace and speed of floor).
Conditioning: Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 mins of: 20 Deadlifts, 185/135 lbs 15 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs 10 Double Dumbbell Front Rack Alternating Lunges, 50/35 lbs 5 Power Cleans, 185/135 lbs
**Lots of deadlifts today, but the weight in the conditioning should be significantly lighter than the weight in the strength. Encourage scaling if the numbers are somewhat close as we want them to be able to (but not have to) do 20 reps unbroken.**
