Conditioning: *Murph Prep #1* Every 4 mins for 24 mins do: Medicine Ball Run, 20/14 lbs, 200 m 10 Ring Rows 20 Dumbbell Push-ups 30 Med Ball Squats *Subbing in ring rows after yesterday’s C2B to work on pulling strength. Should have 30-60s rest on rounds – if rounds are not being completed with at least 30s, drop 2/4/6 reps respectively.*
