Spend 20 minutes working on Handstand drills:
Kicking to Wall
Handstand holds on wall
Supported Handstand shoulder touches
Freestanding handstand kicks
Handstand walks
For those with HS Walks – Accumulate 100′. For those without, accumulate 2 minute holds (wall facing before facing away).
Conditioning:
Alt EMOM 16 mins: Wall Facing Handstand Holds, Double Unders, Assault Bike Calories and Air SquatsEvery 1 min for 16 mins, alternating between: Wall Facing Handstand Hold, 30 secs 30 Double Unders 12/9 Assault Bike Calories 20 Air Squat
