Halloween WOD
For time, while holding a pumpkin for the entirety of the workout:
400 m Run (20/14 pumpkin or med ball)
40 Sit Ups
30 goblet squats
20 Walking Lunges
10 Thrusters
20 walking lunges
30 goblet squats
40 sit ups
400 m run
*20 burpee penalty if pumpkin touches the ground at any time
*do not drop your pumpkins; messes will be your responsibility!
