Strength: Behind The Neck Strict Press (Snatch Grip) 10-10-10-10. Alternative: 4×10 strict DB/KB press to a 45 degree angle. Use lighter weight and drive up and out to create the snatch grip stimulus.

Metcon: Ascending AMRAP 14: 1 Mega Man Maker 35/20 (see blog video – 1 DB push up, 1 renegade row, 1 DB snatch, 1 DB OHS, per side), 3 Get ups, 5 air squats, 10 DU. Every Round increases in reps (1/3/5/10, 2/6/10/20, 3/9/15/30, ect). Sub in KB, for BB complete one burpee, one barbell row, one power snatch, one OHS (95/65).
