Strength: Barbell Complex – complete 4 sets of 5 of the following: 1 Deadlift+ 1 Bent Over Row+ 1 Straight Leg Deadlift+ 1 Bent Over Row+ 1 Power Clean. All 5 reps of the complex must be done without dropping the barbell.

WOD: For Time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps, for time of: Power Clean, 75/55 lbs Front Squat, 75/55 lbs Shoulder-to-Overhead, 75/55 lbs. Each Round of 3 movements must be completed without dropping barbell. If barbell is dropped before finishing the S2O, that round does not count as completed.
