Quarantine WOD

Part I

HSPU- 5 sets of max strict HSPU (sub to DB or BB Z-press if needed, sit upright on floor with legs together and straight out)

Part II

4 rounds for time:

20 alternating V-Ups

20 push ups

20 alternating jumping lunges

12 single DB Push Press 50/35 *6 per arm

Core WORK

3×10 super crunches (perform a full crunch w/ legs up in 90 degree angle, hold top of crunch and slowly extend legs out to 6″ above ground and pull back in, then complete crunch)
