*sub w/ light DBs or KBs and perform squats w/ one in front rack position and one overhead 5 per arm

10 goblet squats 53/35 (sub w/ front squats or DBs)
10 DB clean and jerks *5 per side (sub 95/65 w/ BB)
30 Bicycle Kicks
Core WORK
Supersets of Frog Pumps w/ DB on hips 3×20 immediately into
Deadbugs 3×14 (SLOW and controlled)
