Hydrate!!
This week is going to be hotter and more humid than it has been yet this summer so MAKE SURE you’re staying hydrated. Always have a bottle of water with you and be constantly drinking. All the humidity will suck your water right out of you so you need to keep replenishing it. Also, make sure you’re eating enough during the day before you come to work out. I don’t want anyone passing out during class! Stay cool.
