Back Squat – 1×10 at 75%, then 2×10 at 65%

Back Squat – first set of 10 should be quite challenging, so warm up doing small sets until we’re ready, rest 2 minutes between the 3 sets of 10.

Every 90s for 12 minutes: 1 Rope Climb + 15 Wall Balls

Workout – 8 rounds today, so lets try and earn our rest each round. If we do not have at least 15 seconds of rest, we should drop 3 wall balls from our total.
