Skill, working on chest to bar, rx athletes may increase the number if t hey want a larger challenge. Those just learning C2B without bands can lower the number to work on efficiency in the kip. Banded Chest To Bar or Jumping Chest to bar are the scales further.

Workout – all body weight today, lets break the HSPU into quick manageable sets. For scaling to z-press, should be done in 2-3 sets.
