15 minutes: 5 complexes of 1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch, 2 overhead squats Sets ~70-80% of 1RM power snatch

Snatch – looking for all 5 sets at a working weight of 70-80%. If uncomfortable with a squat snatch, second snatch can be a hang power, but then there *should* be 3 overhead squats.

4 RFT – 15 min cap 200m run 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24″/20″ | Burpee Step Overs | Burpees 15 Front Squats 95/65 | 75/55 | 45/35

Workout – Use the run as your pacer/recovery today and really try to push the pace on the BBJOs and front squats in order to make the time cap.
