Strict Press 1RM – 15-20 minutes

Testing out our strict press after the last 12 week cycle.

Every 1:30 for 12 minutes (8 rounds) 1 Rope Climb | 3 rope pulls | 3 inverted row on barbell 15 Wall Balls 20/14 | 14/10 | 10/6 ***Every round we do not have at least 15 seconds of rest, drop 3 wall balls***

Workout – 8 rounds today, so lets try and earn our rest each round. If we do not have at least 15 seconds of rest, we should drop 3 wall balls from our total.
