Conditioning: Teams of 2 2 Rounds For Time: 40 min cap 1,500/1,200m Row 50 Front Squats 95/65 | 75/55 | 45/35 50 Box Jumps 24″/20″ | shorter height | step ups **While rowing, one partner works and the other MUST hold plank, cannot start rowing until partner is in position**

When the partner that is holding the plank drops while other partner is rowing, switch places. Only one partner can row while the other is holding the plank. Squats and box jumps non working partner can rest and recover, so try and get through the row as quickly as possible. Weights for squats should be something that each partner can perform sets of 10 throughout, although smaller quicker sets are okay.
