Pressing Complex 90-100% of 1RM Strict Press 4×6 3 Reps Push Press 3 Reps Push Jerk

Pressing complex – it is okay to reset each rep if it allows you to go heavier. Goal is to cause fatigue on the first 3 reps which will force them to drop under on the jerks. Build across all 4 sets

Conditioning: In 14 minutes complete: 3RFT 5 BMU or 5 C2B + 5 Dips 7 P. Snatch 95/65 9 Bar Facing Burpees Use remainder of 12 minutes to hit a max snatch attempt.

The workout should be able to be done in under 9 minutes to give at least 5 minutes to go for snatch attempts. Scale accordingly to make sure that you will have time for at least 2-3 snatches.
