Conditioning: 12 Days Of Christmas – TEAM EDITION For Time, Teams of 2 1 Thruster 115/85 2 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 115/85 3 Power Snatch 115/85 4 Push Press 115/85 5 Power Clean 115/85 6 Bar facing Burpees 7 Pull Ups 8 Toes-To-Bar 9 Wall Balls 20/14 10 KB Swings 53/35 11 Goblet Squats 53/35 12 Front Rack Barbell Lunges 115/85 (6/leg)

Today’s workout will run like the 12 days of Christmas song, 1 rep, 2 rep 1 rep, 3 rep 2 rep 1 rep, ect until we get through all 12 days. Caveat for today is that it will be partnered up, however, reps are NOT shared and must be completed for that full round. For example, the round of 7 will required partner 1 to do 7 pull ups, then partner 2 does 7 pull ups, then partner 1 can do their 6 bar facing burpees. This is very much a individual workout with built in rest while your partner goes, so lets push our working pace a bit more!
