Workout – we’re going to be going through some barbell cycling today, so lets really push our effort on the bar and use the bike as a moderate recovery. Scale bike for large classes to 25/20 Cal Row, but bike should be the main cardio equipment. Looking for a weight on the bar that we can get sets of 10 in when fresh, smaller sets are okay in the workout.
