Weightlifting: Clean and Jerk – 4×3 at 75%
Weightlifting: Warm up sets do not count, all 4 sets at 75%. Drop and reset each rep, no more than 2 min rest between sets. Reminder to perform same lifts as on test day.
Fast DT: 5 RFT 12 Deadlifts 115/85 | 95/65 | 75/55 9 Hang Power Cleans 6 Shoulder to Overheads
A lighter, quicker version of DT for us to finish off our clean-focused day. Weight should be lighter than what we normally do DT with, looking for quick sets with only a quick rest on the 11th deadlift and after the overheads if needed.
