Mobility – 30 minutes of fully body, target mobility.
Workout – reps should be done with about 5-10s of rest between the next movement, scale down the reps accordingly. KB Power Clean, perform 8 on right arm before switching to the left. Workout needs to be started by minute 15 to ensure full 30 minutes of mobility.
