No rest between ‘workouts’. Partners will complete one full round before switching. Weight on the bar should be something that is unbroken every round. Hang Cluster – perform a hang squat clean directly into your thruster. Bar does not have to come to the ground between reps, anywhere between knees and hips for the hang.
