Teams of 3: 40 min cap
Partner A: 400m run
Partner B: AMRAP
5 strict pull ups
10 Hang Power Clean 115/85
15 Box Jump 24″/20″
20 Sit Ups
Partner C: 10,000/8,000m row

Note:

Partners will switch as soon as the runner comes back in. A will go to B, B to C, ect. Workout is complete at the 40 min cap or at the completion of the total meter row. For male/female teams, complete 9,000m row. Partner A should pace the run to allow the rower to get as many meters as possible, and partner B should be able to complete close to one full round during that time.
