Strength: Bench Press 4×2 at 88-92% of 1RM
Bench Press – we have a little bit of wiggle room, but all 4 sets should be challenging and there shouldn’t be a dramatic difference if we build on our sets.
Conditioning: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Hang Snatch 75/55 Wall Balls 20/14
Conditioning: The wall balls today should help flush our legs out from yesterdays quad-dominant workout and front squats. The snatch should be something that we can go unbroken, or no more than 2 sets on the larger sets.
