Conditioning: For time: 100 Double Unders 75 Single Arm Dumbbell Deadlifts, 50/35 lbs 50 Single Arm Dumbbell Suitcase Walking Lunges, 50/35 lbs 25 Single Arm Dumbbell Box Step-ups, 50/35 lbs 100 Double Unders

Workout – We are going to be focusing on imbalance and core stability today. The Deadlifts should be done with a normal, narrow stance, DB held on one side outside of the feet (switch as needed). Walking lunges are single arm as well, switch hands as needed. Box Step Ups can be with DB however, back rack is the easiest
