Conditioning: Partner WOD – For time: 42 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs 21 Synchronized Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs 50 Double Unders 30 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs 15 Synchronized Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs 50 Double Unders 18 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs 9 Synchronized Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs 50 Double Unders

*Mixing it up today with synchronized work. For our part, synchro today means each rep is done together, but does not have to be in perfect unison. Reps are assigned to each individual and not split, if one partner must rest, the other partner must wait/ DU/SU can be done at own pace, but cannot move on until both are done.*

Accessory: 3 rounds for quality of: 8 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows 20 Hollow Rocks Superman Hold, 30 secs – Done after, DB row should be heavy but with good form, athlete should start standing, then bend over as low as possible while keeping shoulders back and core braced without supporting themselves or any weight in off hand. No reset between arms/movements, 60-90s rest after.
