150 Dual DB Deadlifts w/ partner in deadlift hold 95/65
100 Dual DB Front Rack Alt. Lunge w/ partner in front rack BB hold 95/65
50 Cal Bike Sprint (one bike, no holds)
Lots of core and grip today. Working partner can only perform reps when the second partner is active in their holds. Once the bike comes up, no holds but should be an all out sprint, switching however they want.
