Conditioning: Every 3 mins for 15 mins do: 12 Toes-to-bars 12 Box Jumps, 30/24 in 12 Dumbbell Front Squats, 50/35 lbs *Scale reps down by 2 each if unable to complete with at least 30 seconds left*
