Conditioning: Fight Gone Bad Style – 4 rounds, 1 min per station, for max reps of: Kettlebell Swing, 53/35 lbs Dumbbell Walking Lunge, 50/35 lbs Alternating Dumbbell Snatch, 50/35 lbs Rest 1 min. Lunges are single DB resting on back in order to provide grip relief.
