Skill: TTB work
Spend 10 minutes working on TTB, primarily smoothly linking reps and relaxing on the Bar.
Focuses:
Not separating feet during the movement
Keeping weight on either side of the bar and shifting at the bottom (Feet forward, chest back, chest forward, feet back)
Hand positioning (too narrow will not allow lats to work or limit how far the chest can go forward
Breathing (breath in on the decent, exhale on the ascent)
