Currently she is pursuing a Masters degree in Exercise, Fitness and Health Promotion and already holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science. WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING? 2013
WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (AND CROSSFIT)? When I was in my undergrad program, I learned exercise made me feel happy and healthy. It became my stress relief. A friend introduced me to Crossfit in 2013 and I fell in love with being constantly challenged by its varied programming.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER? I was a personal trainer before discovering Crossfit so becoming a Crossfit trainer allowed me to teach the movements and style of training that I loved.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT? I may be crazy but… BURPEES!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT FOOD? Donuts or cupcakes
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE SUPERHERO AND WHY? Wonder Women. She’s fierce and inspires women to be strong!
