On September 19th at 6pm Doctor Lewis Pauley will be putting on a basic mobility and posture class. We’ve been talking just a little bit in classes about making sure your pelvis is balanced, your spine is in the correct position and braced correctly which leads to better overall movement. When one of these things isn’t in unison something is wrong. You compensate and then you injure yourself. This class will show you how to balance your spine, stabilize your scapulae and pelvis and branch out in to individual mobility needs (wrist, neck, ankles). This class is free and will be about 30 minutes. Hope to see you there.
